What is Art Flaneur?Art Flaneur is a mobile app-map that uses geolocation, and AI recommendations to help you discover exhibitions, galleries, and cultural events anywhere in the world.

On which platforms is the app available?We offer free versions for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

How much does it cost to use Art Flaneur?The app and all basic features (map, notifications, collections) are free. Paid packages are planned only for professional galleries and event organizers.

How does the smart map work?The app detects your location and shows nearby galleries, museums, and art routes. Tap on a spot to see a description, schedule, and walking or transit directions.

Can I plan trips in advance?Yes. The built-in smart calendar allows you to bookmark exhibitions for future dates, send reminders, and export your route to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar with one tap.

I’m a gallery manager. How can I add my exhibition?Regular exhibition listings are free. Simply send an email to info@artflaneur.com.au

I’m an art festival organizer. How can I add my event?Register on the “Partner” portal and choose the Essential package (7-10 locations) or Premium (up to 40 locations). Uploading locations requires no programming skills.

What are the benefits of partnership?Increased visibility among art tourists; Access to visitor data (anonymized analytics); Ability to run sponsored quests and brand challenges.

Is registration required?No, you can browse the map anonymously. Registration via email or Apple/Google ID is needed to: save favorites; sync your calendar across devices; earn achievements.

How can I delete my account?Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All personal data will be erased within 30 days according to our privacy policy.

What data does the app collect?We only request access to your location to display nearby events. Personal data is not shared with third parties and is used solely for internal recommendation analysis.

Does the app work offline?Maps and announcements cached in advance are available without internet. Real-time features (notifications) require a network connection.

What license does the content have?Photos and event texts are uploaded by organizers or sourced from public press releases; image rights belong to the respective galleries and artists.
